  • Do you have a retail store?
    • No, we are an online shop only. We do meet-ups in Metro Manila or shipping via courier nationwide.
  • We want to try and fit the shoes; where do we go?
  • Where do you usually do meet-ups?
    • We prefer doing meet-ups in the following locations (Metro Manila only):

  • Can you bring more than one pair so we can fit them?
    • Yes, we can bring 2-3 sizes of a pair you like to make sure it fits.
  • Is this brand the same as American Eagle Outfitters?
    • No, this brand is not the same as American Eagle Outfitters. We sell genuine leather shoes handcrafted here in the Philippines.
  • How do I order?
  • Do you have half sizes?
    • No, we do not have half sizes.
  • What sizes are available?
    • We offer sizes 7-11.
  • Do you have a size chart?
  • I’m not from Metro Manila, how do I buy your shoes?
    • If you are not from Metro Manila, we offer shipping via Xend with a fixed shipping fee of P100 per pair, regardless of location. You will first deposit the price of the shoes plus shipping to our BDO/BPI bank account. Then we will ship ASAP and send you the tracking number. Please make sure to follow our size chart to avoid exchanges.
  • What is your exchange policy?
    • As long as the shoes are not used at all, you can exchange them with the following policy:
      • For Metro Manila transactions, exchange can only be done in Robinson’s Magnolia Mall.
      • For outside Metro Manila transactions, you will shoulder the shipping fees to bring the shoes back to our location. We highly suggest checking our size chart first before ordering.
